Placing an order
To find your t-shirts, first choose the style you want by clicking on an item in our
complete list of products available in the "Browse products now" section of the home
page or in the "select t-shirts" drop down menu above. You can also shop by brand in the
menu section at the left hand side of the page or by category at the top of the page.
To purchase your t-shirts
1) When you have found the garment you are looking for, select the garment colour you want then fill in the fields according to the specific t-shirt order you have in mind.
2) Click on the "create quote" button to generate a quote for your t-shirt order. In the Quote Summary that appears in the green box at the top of the page, click on “order now” to continue. If you are ordering embroidery, select the "embroidery quote” option before clicking on “create quote”.
3) You will then be prompted to upload your logos. In the "Upload your images" section that follows, click on the "browse" buttons to upload your logos from your computer then enter the size you want your logo to have in the field just beside it.
4) Enter your contact and shipping information in the section just below your Order Summary and click on send. A Customer Service Representative will contact you to go over the details of your order with you. A 30% deposit is required before proceding with an order.
5) If you have requested an embroidery quote, you will be prompted to fill in your contact information below the Upload your images section. Simply fill in the fields and click “Submit”. Your request for an embroidery quote will be sent to our embroidery department and a Customer Service representative will contact you with your quote within 24 hours.
6) Our art department will then email you a pdf document with a summary of your t-shirt order along with specs and a digital mock up of your t-shirt with the correct size, colour and positioning of your logos. If this is an embroidery order, you will receive an emailed image of your embroidery proof or an actual sew out sample by regular mail depending on what you have requested when placing the order.
7) You will receive an email letting you know when the order was shipped and when you can expect delivery.
To Repeat your order
If you need another run of the same t-shirts with the same logos, you can either give us a call at 1-877-432-3339 or fill out the Repeat Order form that came with your last t-shirt order and fax it to us at 1-604-876-1650.
