ORDERING
To find your t-shirts
Choose the style you want by clicking on an item in our complete list of products available in the "Browse products now" section of the home page or in the "select t-shirts" drop down menu above. You can also shop by brand in the menu section at the left hand side of the page or by category at the top of the page.
To purchase your t-shirts
1) When you have found the garment you are looking for, select the garment colour you want then fill in the fields according to the specific t-shirt order you have in mind
2) Click on the "create quote" button to generate a quote for your t-shirt order. In the Quote Summary that appears in the green box at the top of the page, click on “order now” to continue. If you are ordering embroidery, select the "embroidery quote” option before clicking on “create quote”.
3) You will then be prompted to upload your logos. In the "Upload your images" section that follows, click on the "browse" buttons to upload your logos from your computer then enter the size you want your logo to have in the field just beside it.
4) Enter your contact and shipping information in the section just below your Order Summary and click on send. A Customer Service Representative will contact you to go over the details of your order with you.
5) Our art department will then email you a pdf document with a summary of your t-shirt order along with specs and a digital mock up of your t-shirt with the correct size, colour and positioning of your logos. If this is an embroidery order, you will receive an emailed image of your embroidery proof or an actual sew out sample by regular mail depending on what you have requested when placing the order.
6) You will receive an email letting you know when the order was shipped and when you can expect delivery.

Art Formats
We accept any art format as long as it is of reasonable resolution (if sending a jpg, preferably 300 dpi at actual print size whenever possible). Convert all fonts to outlines or curves. Vectorized art is the best to send to us (we accept Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw, .pdf, .ai, .eps, .cdr), but if you don’t have vector art, just send us what you have and we will get your art work press ready at no extra charge.
